Make a privacy request
Use the form below or email us to request access, export, correction, or deletion of your information. Include your account or waitlist email and what you want changed. Your state can help us identify applicable rights. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, private invitations, or identity documents.
We may verify account ownership before disclosing or deleting information. If you are acting for someone else, explain your authority. We will explain any further verification needed. You do not need to create an account or pay to make a request.
Sale, advertising, and browser signals
Local Break does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising, whether or not your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. See the Privacy Policy for how we use and retain information.
Stop emails or leave the waitlist
Use the unsubscribe option in a promotional email, reply asking to unsubscribe, or select Stop marketing emails below. Tell us if you also want your waitlist entry deleted. We honor marketing opt-outs within 10 business days and keep the minimum record needed to avoid subscribing you again. Necessary account, security, and requested support emails may continue.
Response and appeal
We respond within applicable legal deadlines, generally within 45 days for an initial state privacy request, and explain any permitted extension or denial.
To appeal, reply with Privacy appeal or select that option below and include your prior request reference. Appeals are reviewed within the applicable period, generally within 60 days. Shorter legal deadlines apply where required. If an appeal is denied, we explain how to contact the relevant state attorney general or privacy regulator. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Withdraw consent
Use the controls above to turn off notifications, marketing, or device-location access. For saved locations or other processing those controls do not cover, select Withdraw a consent below. We will explain any effect on the relevant feature and carry out the request subject to applicable law.
